In the stunning grounds of a 17th century villa in the foothills of Montenegro’s towering mountains, actress Amy Walsh and Toby-Alexander Smith made their marriage official.
Their wedding day was all about the personal touches – from Amy wearing her late grandma’s ring, loaned to her by her Girls Aloud singer sister Kimberley, to a surprise duet in honour of the couple.

Amy and Toby held their ceremony at the Talici Hill Rustic Villas – a beautiful 17th century property in the foothills of Montenegro's towering mountains.
They invited 100 of their closest friends and family, including current and former Emmerdale and EastEnders co-stars.
Their daughter Bonnie, 20 months, was front and centre of their nuptials, wearing an almost identical but mini version of Amy's dress.

She also wore the very same garter that her big sister Sally had worn for her own wedding 12 years ago - completing her 'something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue'.

Kimberley loaned her their late grandma's ring which Amy wore on her little finger for the day.
"Kimberley wears it every day and it epitomises my grandma. I wore it on my little finger so I had my grandma and grandad with me on the day, which was amazing.”
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 3 of 15 Amy and Toby picked their wedding rings together on a shopping day in Leeds. The then bride-to-be chose a delicate gold band embedded with baguette-cut diamonds, while Toby opted for a simple gold band.
Amy told OK! afterwards she knew exactly what she wanted but wasn't sure she'd find it - until she did.
"It really complimented the ring Toby had already bought me and was just like nothing I'd seen on anyone else before."

The toddler wore a mini version of her mum’s dress made by Etsy seller Cutie Dress and matching Lou Lou Puchalka slides in her bunches, as a live pianist played classical music.
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 5 of 15 Amy was walked down the aisle by her dad John, who is living with an incurable cancer.
“My dad isn’t very well and we weren’t sure until the 11th hour if he would be able to come,” Amy said.
“My brother Adam handed me over to my dad, who walked me down the last bit. He knows he only has a certain amount of time left, so it was important for him to be there. It’s a cancer you can’t cure, but you can live with it and he’s doing well fighting it.”
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 6 of 15 Toby was the one who discovered the beautiful Montenegrin coast on a holiday with some friends, and said he knew instantly it was the perfect place to hold their wedding.
After visiting the venue to scope it out earlier in the year, Amy was fully on board with Toby's choice.
"We just fell in love with the people the place, it just felt right," she told us.
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 7 of 15 Amy's older sisters Sally and Kimberley were part of her six-strong gang of bridesmaids along with cousins Leonie and Joelle, and “best friends for life” Sarah and Kim.
They helped look after Bonnie and made sure Amy was fit to party until 4am!
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 8 of 15 The happy couple wrote their own vows, with Toby telling Amy, “With you I’ve found my heart and my home.”
“We were so connected in that moment. We both talked about supporting each other’s dreams and being there for each other through thick and thin,” he told us.
Meanwhile, Amy told Toby she “didn’t believe in marriage until I met you”, adding that she wouldn’t want anyone else by her and Bonnie’s side.
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 9 of 15 Despite a storm threatening the outdoor ceremony (a fact former EastEnders star Toby hid from Amy after “checking the local weather app like Sherlock Holmes”), the skies cleared and the newlyweds were able to enjoy the venue's stunning outdoor space.
Guests on the day included Amy’s Emmerdale castmates Natalie Ann Jamieson, Olivia Bromley and Louisa Clein – who enjoyed the incredible sea view as they took the seats for the late afternoon ceremony.
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 10 of 15 Amy - who admitted she "hates planning" - left Toby to handle the bigger logistics of their destination wedding while she focussed on the little details.
Working with a local wedding planner to create her dream rustic-themed wedding, she managed to choose all the flowers and decoration while juggling life as a busy working mum.
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 11 of 15 Toby had a few surprises up his sleeve on the day - including a special performance by Amy's favourite singer-songwriter, Sonny Tennet.
The groom organised for Sonny to fly out and perform live versions of his songs that they'd chosen for their first dance (Calm Down) and to walk back down the aisle together as husband and wife (Love Grows).
“I’ve never been more shocked in my life," Amy told us. "I just couldn’t believe it. I’m such a big fan and watch Sonny’s live videos all the time. The thought that had gone into making it happen and the logistical nightmare I knew it would’ve been keeping it all a secret – I couldn’t believe it.”
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 12 of 15 The groom had a further surprise up his sleeve – a duet between Sonny and his former EastEnders castmate, Shona McGarty , another guest at the wedding.
“She’s got an incredible voice,” he said. “I’d put them in touch beforehand so they had Zoom rehearsals together. It was the duo you never knew you needed.”
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 13 of 15 Thanks to some great music, plenty of food and a fair few Limoncello shots, the newlyweds and their guests partied until 4am the following morning.
Amy opted not to change out of her bridal dress, but admitted she ended up in someone else's comfy black sliders by the end of the night!
(Image: Emina and Vladan Gavric @vlasta.weddings) 14 of 15 The couple went all-out for their guests at the reception with a cocktail mixologist and a cigar and whisky corner.
“I ended doing a full-blown boyband routine to Relight My Fire with one of my old friends and it went down a storm,” Toby told us, his memory remarkably not dulled by all the Limoncello!
