The daughter of rapper Eminem, Hailie Jade Scott has married her fiancé Evan McClintock in a romantic white ceremony. The influencer, 28 and daughter of The Real Slim Shady rapper, took to Instagram on Monday, 20 May to share that they had officially tied the knot.
Sharing a stunning snaps from their wedding day, Hailie lovingly wrote: "Waking up a wife this week. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. So so many happy tears were shed, laughs & smiles were had, & so much love was felt.
"Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family & friends that traveled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband & wife."
According to TMZ, the couple tied the knot surrounded by their friends and family at Greencrest Manor in Battle Creek, Michigan on Saturday during a "modestly sized" ceremony. Photos obtained by the publisher show the bride in a beautiful strapless white wedding gown with a rule skirt and long sheer veil.
Her father and rapping legend, Eminem stands beside her in another snap while boasting a smart black tuxedo and a pair of cool shades, his dark brunette locks in a short hairstyle. Another snap captured the father and daughter dance with Eminem tentatively holding one hand around Hailie's and another on her shoulder.
Hailie can be seen smiling alongside her father as they move around the dance surrounded by loved ones and rows of white roses. The couple were flooded with congratulations on Instagram as one wrote: "This is beautiful! Congrats you two."
A second said: "Congratulations Hailie! here’s to a lifetime full of laughter and happiness." A third sweetly penned: "Hailie you’re a married woman!! From seeing your baby videos to watch you grow through social media, can’t help but feel like an aunty who is happy and proud of you. Congratulations to you both. You looked absolutely stunning."
Hailie and Evans have been together since 2016 after meeting at Michigan State University. Hailie studied psychology at the university, while Evan did economics.
Hailie didn’t pursue a career in her chosen subject, instead, she is a successful beauty influencer and podcaster. Her show called Just A Little Shady, gives a nod to her dad's music alter ego, Slim Shady.
She boasts an impressive 3.2 million Instagram followers, with many of her posts receiving thousands of likes each time. In February 2023 the couple announced that they were engaged with a series of sweet snaps from the proposal.
