From his early days on The X Factor to his current role as a Eurovision host, Rylan Clark 's journey in the spotlight has been nothing short of transformational.
Over the years, the bubbly presenter has debuted a number of different looks, and he's been refreshingly open about his cosmetic procedures.
One of the most talked-about aspects of Rylan's transformation is his dental journey. In 2013, he made headlines by splashing out £25,000 on his veneers, just before starting his hosting gig on Big Brother 's Bit On The Side.
However, recently he opted for a more subtle look, undergoing a procedure to remove his pearly whites for something more understated.
Talking to the Daily Star, the 27-year-old admitted: "These teeth were the best and worst decision of my life. For the first three months of Big Brother, I was a terrible TV presenter, but everyone was just talking about my teeth.
"By the time they'd stopped talking about my teeth, I was good at my job. Literally, I learned on the job!"
But Rylan's cosmetic adventures didn't stop there. He's been forthcoming about having "bits and bobs" of cosmetic surgery done, including Botox and fillers.
In his autobiography, The Life of Rylan, he recalled an incident where he laughed so hard on live TV that his overfilled lips started to "dribble" down his face.
Speaking on This Morning, he said: “The worst thing happened though. “I laughed and laughed SO much my lip burst open and collagen filler started to dribble out.
“I'd had a bit too much filler put in the week before. The f***ing horror. Live on TV and half my lip was spread across the floor."
Despite the mishap, Rylan remains unapologetic about his cosmetic enhancements, emphasising that if someone is genuinely unhappy with something, they shouldn't be vilified for changing it.
Speaking to The Mirror in 2020, he said: “People know how much my appearance has changed. I’ve always been open with the things I do, whether it’s dying my hair or having aesthetic procedures.
“I’m not saying surgery is great and Botox is fantastic and fillers are amazing, but if you are genuinely unhappy with something and you’re in a position to change it, then I don’t think people need to be vilified for that.
“Sometimes I’ve gone too far with procedures – when I was on The X Factor I had my lips overfilled – but that is a learning curve.
"I wouldn’t say go and have a face full of filler, but as long as you’re doing it safely, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to change things.”
Beyond dental and facial alterations, Rylan has also experimented with his hair over the years. Born a natural redhead, he's sported a variety of hues, from bleach blond to jet black.
The TV star also transformed his physique after a challenging period in his personal life.
He weighed just over nine stone at his lowest point after he stopped eating and withdrew himself from work – taking a four-month break from his Radio 2 show and cancelling various TV appearances.
Speaking about his fitness journey to the Sun on Sunday, Rylan shared, "Fitness and taking care of my body is always something I’ve wanted to do but never felt I’d be able to."
However, everything changed when he met Scott and began following The Six Pack Revolution plan. Rylan expressed gratitude for the positive impact it had on his life, stating, "Since meeting Scott and following The Six Pack Revolution plan it really has changed my life."
The transformation wasn't just physical for Rylan; it also had a profound effect on his mindset and overall well-being. Emphasising the holistic nature of his journey, Rylan reflected, "My attitude to exercise has done a complete u-turn and I am now much more aware of the nutritional benefits of food, which has resulted in me making more conscious decisions on what I’m consuming."
