Gogglebox's Pete Sandiford couldn't help but vent about his wife Paige, as he hilariously claimed she's 'doing his head in' during the latest episode of the hit show on Friday, 17 May.
In a candid chat with his sister Sophie, 24, on the sofa, Pete, 26, shared his recent couple woes, saying: "Paige has been doing my head in. You know [daughter] Eva's birthday party? Have you rung about the hot pot? Have you rung about the hot pot? I was in a meeting at work the other day and she rung me four times. Guess what about?".
He added with a laugh: "Honestly, I said, why are we not just having sandwiches? Do I look like I am Jeff Bezos?”
In 2021 Pete and Paige got married and in the same year welcomed their first child, son Jimmy.
A year later in December 2022, during an episode of Gogglebox Pete revealed in a sweet announcement that they were expecting their second child together, who was born in June 2023.
Introducing the little one to the world on Gogglebox, Pete was seen cradling the newborn baby girl as he called out to his sister in the other room: “Sophie, did I tell you Eva’s full name? She’s going to be Eva Sylvie Sandiford.”
The doting new auntie then sweetly shouted back: “I love it!”
Pete and his sister Sophie have been Gogglebox favourites since they first burst onto our screens in 2017.
During the years they've been regular staples of our Friday nights, the brother and sister have gone through enormous life changes of their own.
Sophie has embarked on a brand new career as a florist, while Pete has got married and started a family.
Meanwhile, fellow Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has been praised by fans as she celebrated her son Ezra's first birthday and proudly showcased the sweet cake that she made for the special day.
Ellie shared two gorgeous pictures; one featuring the TV star and her partner Nat with their little boy, and another of Ellie exhibiting the impressive homemade cake for the occasion.
The distinctively decorated birthday cake was studded with icing mushrooms and artfully arranged candles. Ellie, dressed casually in a white T-shirt and black leggings with her blonde hair swept back in a bun, wrote: "Early 1st birthday celebrations for Ezra! Got to milk your 1st birthday."
She also proudly added: "I just wanted to show off the cake I made really".
