While most stars who attend the Met Gala make headlines because of the clothes they are wearing, it was what adorned Bridgerton actress Phoebe Dynevor's ring finger which had everybody talking.
The beauty, 29, arrived to the fashionable event dressed in a stunning pink sheer Victoria Beckham dress, but all eyes were on the dazzling diamond which she wore on her left hand – leading many to speculate she was engaged to her boyfriend Cameron Fuller.
The Bridgerton star has been loved up with the YouTuber for a while now, and Phoebe's mum Sally Dynevor – who plays Sally Webster in Coronation Street – recently shared a photo on her Instagram of her daughter jumping into the 28 year old's arms. The image went on to spark speculation that the pair were celebrating some big news.
Until then, Cameron — who is the son of A Quiet Place and The Purge producer Bradley Fuller — and Phoebe have kept their relationship very private with the pair only being snapped together a few times. They confirmed their romance when they attended Wimbledon together last summer.
Meanwhile, Phoebe was Cameron’s date for actress Joey King’s wedding in September and then earlier this year, they attended the BAFTAs together. While keen to keep their love life private, both Phoebe and Cameron have had some high-profile relationships in the past.
YouTuber Cameron — who’s had small parts in several US shows — dated Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale before a three-year relationship with influencer Lauren Elizabeth. During their time together, Cameron and Lauren often posted videos of them being overly affectionate towards each other for Lauren’s 1.2million YouTube subscribers.
Meanwhile, Phoebe enjoyed a high-profile romance with US comedian Pete Davidson, 30, in 2021. The Saturday Night Live star has had a string of relationships with some huge names including Kim Kardashian and he was also engaged to singer Ariana Grande.
But Phoebe struggled with the attention her relationship with Pete got as she told Elle mag: “It just goes back to being naive — I didn’t think anyone would care. I was just being a young woman and dating.” Calling her relationship with Pete “surreal”, she added: “There were lots of hard lessons I had to learn through basically just having a personal life. There was a time when I’d post anything on my Instagram, and now I’m very, very careful about what I put out into the world.”
However, it seems both Phoebe and Cameron have found their soulmates in each other and are keen to show everyone just how happy they are as he posted a pic of him with his arms around the waist of his fiancee on the balcony of a large stone building as she looks outwards with her hands covering her mouth – surprised and overwhelmed with what she is seeing. It is likely linked to their engagement as Cameron simply captioned the image with a love heart with arrow emoji.
