Kerry Katona recently had nose surgery to repair the damage done through past years of cocaine abuse - and now she's shared how she felt during the recovery process.
While Kerry admitted to 'getting used to her new nose', it appears that she's been leaning on her mum - rather than fiancé Ryan - for a little R&R. The former Atomic Kitten singer then revealed she felt "unsupported" by him.
Also in her exclusive column, Kerry chatted about her daughter Lilly moving to Ireland and gave her thoughts on Phillip Schofield potentially making a return to TV and

My new nose
I’ve had a tough week mentally while recovering from my nose surgery. The recovery is going really well but seeing my new nose was a shock. I needed the op for medical reasons, not vanity, and I know my nose will look amazing when it has healed, but I burst into tears when I got home and saw it, because it looked swollen and different. I'm only now able to look at myself in the mirror.
The team at Pall Mall Medical have been so supportive and Dr Raghavan has done an amazing job. I think I just need time for it to heal and to get used to it. I needed it doing and it’s been done so well. I’m also a little sad because I have the same nose as my biological dad, so it makes me think I’ve lost that link. Let this be a lesson – don’t do drugs! If you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, make sure you’re prepared for the aftermath.
Mum's the word
I want to say a massive thank you to my mum, who has been my rock during the last couple of weeks. I’ve been staying at hers and she’s really looked after me. If I’m honest, I’ve felt more lonely than ever during my recovery. Ryan was away getting a tattoo in London when I went into hospital and I haven’t seen him since my surgery over a week ago.
That upset me, because it made me feel unsupported and I could have done with the emotional support. I’m always the “strong mum” in our house and this week I really wanted to be looked after and have him here, but I had my mum instead.
Flying the nest
Lilly is looking for a fresh start and has decided to move over to Ireland to live with her grandparents on her dad’s side. I think it’s a good thing. She’s 21 so it’ll be nice for her to stand on her own two feet – she rules the roost at our house!
Heidi has been doing her GCSEs and I’m so proud of her. She’s going to drama school once she’s finished and honestly is so talented. It makes me emotional that DJ is going to be the only one left in school.
Will Phil be back?
I saw rumours that Phillip Schofield could be making a TV comeback after he was spotted with Declan Donnelly, who has always been his close friend. He’s been gone a year and I think we have moved past it. I think viewers were hurt about not knowing the truth and felt he had no right to judge people on This Morning while he was having an affair.
It was never a problem with him, just those actions. I made up with Phillip a long time ago and I think if he wants to return to TV it’s fair enough.
