Tyson and Paris Fury are one of the most devoted couples in showbiz - with the pair often speaking publicly about their adoration for one another.
After the British boxer's historic defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, she said she loved him "more than ever" telling her husband: "Will never not be at your side for a fight again. Even though I couldn't be there, I wished I was.”
But when the pair met as teenagers - back when he was an unknown boxer and she was a waitress called Paris Mulroy - the first impressions weren't quite so emotional.
In fact, she thought Tyson resembled a "Farmer Giles" character - and Paris said she was left "badly" upset by his opening words to her.
"The only thing I remember him vividly saying was: ‘You look like a Sindy doll’ and it upset me badly because Sindy is a second-rate Barbie," Paris previously told the Mirror.
She also thought that, despite him being 17 at the time, he was much older than that because of his towering height and facial hair. Paris explained: "I remember thinking, ‘Who is this old man you’re introducing me to?’ He had a full beard, and was built like a machine."
However, love blossomed when they met again at her 16th birthday party - which led to a cinema date to see King Kong, and in November last year they celebrated 15 years of marriage, with her Instagram post revealing the boxer treating his wife to flowers and Ferrero Rocher.
Paris opened up about the romantic way they met while telling followers about her book, Love and Fury, alongside a picture of them in the first few weeks of dating back in 2016, when he was 17 and she was 16.
She wrote: "We'd first met the year before at a wedding and then again on my 16th birthday. Although I couldn't believe he was only a year older than me (I thought he was about 25 when I first saw him!) I liked him from the very beginning - he was so different to other boys.
"I didn't say yes to dating straight away though, he'd asked me out a lot of times before I agreed! It was a big deal he would be my 1st boyfriend. Our first date was to see King Kong at the cinema and later I found out he'd told his parents afterwards that he was going to marry me.
"Our first years dating are some of my very favourite memories with Tyson, going ice skating and having picnics, it was really simple but fun and we always used to talk about our future together." She concluded: "Looking back at these old photos I never imagined it like this!"
Tyson and Paris got married in 2008 at St. Peter-in-Chains Catholic Church in Doncaster infront of 300 guests when she was 19 and he was 21.
However, as she revealed in her book, the run-up to getting hitched was far from smooth, saying Tyson attempted to move the date after failing to land a spot in the Olympics.
As she wrote in Love and Fury, the move left her far from impressed. Paris said: "In Tyson’s world, our big day could be rescheduled on a whim, just like one of his boxing matches. I was having none of it, though, and refused point-blank to change the date...
"It was one conflict after another and after an ugly slanging match with him outside Mam's house, I decided to call time on the wedding and our relationship."
However, the split was short-lived with the wedding going ahead as planned and delivering one of the most solid relationships in sport.
