Princess Anne's children, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall have a lesser-known younger sister who prefers to stay out of the spotlight.
Stephanie Phillips, the daughter of Princess Anne's ex-husband Captain Mark Phillips and his second wife Sandy Pflueger, grew up close to her half-siblings on the sprawling Gatcombe Park estate.
Despite the age gap between Stephanie and her older siblings, their bond appears to be strong, with Stephanie even serving as a flower girl at both of their weddings. Social media posts reveal that she is very much part of the family, with one photo showing her giving Mike Tindall a piggyback ride, and another featuring her at a fancy dress event with Peter and his estranged wife Autumn.
A post from Autumn referring to Stephanie as "she loves her Aunty Steph" further highlights the closeness of the family. The extended family are often seen together at equestrian events where Zara competes.
Peter and Autumn Phillips' daughters, Savannah and Isla, along with Zara and Mike Tindall's two eldest, Mia and Lena, all reside on the Gatcombe Estate - a wedding gift from the Queen to Captain Phillips - and are incredibly close, reports the Mirror.
Stephanie, who lives in nearby Worcester, has been in a relationship with William Hosier since 2019. She attended Dean Close School in Cheltenham, which caters for both boarders and day students, before heading to the University of Worcester.
Like her mother, who was part of the US dressage team in the 1984 Olympics and worked globally, and her father who spent years in America training the US team, Stephanie appears to have a fondness for travel. Her father met Princess Anne at equestrian events, and they tied the knot in November 1973 in a grand ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
Peter was born four years later and Zara four years after that, but by the time their parents separated in 1989, they were both believed to be involved with other people. In 1991, paternity tests confirmed that Captain Phillips had fathered a daughter, Felicity, with New Zealand art teacher Heather Tonkin in 1985 while he was still married.
It is unknown if Felicity has met Zara, Peter and Stephanie, but in 2017, she and her husband Tristan welcomed baby James into the world.
